Challenge:
NovaOro had limited visibility across Google Maps with inconsistent rankings throughout the service area. Top three placements were nonexistent, and local search traffic was not translating into meaningful customer actions. The challenge was to improve map visibility, strengthen local rankings, and convert search exposure into calls, clicks, and direction requests.
Solution:
We executed a focused local SEO strategy designed to increase the jewelry’s Google Maps visibility and drive high intent customer actions. Our work included optimizing NovaOro’s Google Business Profile, improving keyword relevance, and expanding map grid coverage across the service area. We also aligned rankings with conversion focused actions to ensure increased visibility translated into calls, clicks, and direction requests.
Results: Our strategy delivered rapid improvements in both rankings and engagement. NovaOro saw a significant jump in average Google Maps rankings, strong growth in top three placements, and a major increase in visibility across the map grid. This increased exposure directly translated into more phone calls, website clicks, and direction requests, demonstrating clear customer intent and measurable business impact.

With stronger Google Maps rankings and improved local discoverability, more users clicked through to Nova Oro’s website to learn more and take action. Website clicks increased from 30 in the previous period to 49, representing a 63% increase in traffic driven directly from local search.
