SMS Terms and Conditions

These SMS Terms and Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern the text messaging program operated by 57 Clicks LLC ("57 Clicks," "we," "us," or "our"). By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these SMS Terms.

This program is operated using Twilio, Inc. as our SMS service provider, in compliance with the Cellular Telecommunications and Internet Association ("CTIA") guidelines and A2P 10DLC requirements.

1. Program Description

57 Clicks operates a text-messaging program designed to communicate timely business information to clients and consenting recipients. Messages may include:

  • Lead notifications (e.g., new inquiry received via a campaign).
  • Call outcome summaries (e.g., missed-call alerts, voicemail notifications).
  • Appointment confirmations and reminders.
  • Service updates and operational alerts related to active engagements.
  • Account-related messages (e.g., onboarding confirmations).

We do not send promotional or marketing-only SMS messages without separate, specific consent.

2. Consent

You consent to receive SMS messages from 57 Clicks when you take any of the following actions:

  • Submit a contact form on https://57clicks.com that includes a phone number and an SMS opt-in checkbox.
  • Sign a service agreement with 57 Clicks LLC in which SMS communication is identified as a delivery channel.
  • Reply with an opt-in keyword (such as YES, START, or SUBSCRIBE) to a confirmation message we send.
  • Verbally authorize us to enroll your number during onboarding and confirm via an opt-in text.

Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from 57 Clicks. Consent records — including the date, time, and source of consent — are retained for compliance purposes.

3. Who Receives Messages

This program is designed for:

  • Business owners and authorized representatives of clients who have signed a service agreement with 57 Clicks LLC.
  • Prospective clients who have submitted a contact form and opted in to receive follow-up communications.
  • Internal team members and contractors who have opted in to operational alerts.

Recipients must be at least 18 years of age and must own or be authorized to use the mobile number provided.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your engagement and lead volume. On average, recipients can expect:

5–50 messages per month, depending on lead volume and active service engagements.

Frequency may be higher during onboarding, campaign launches, or periods of high lead activity.

5. Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving SMS messages. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan. 57 Clicks is not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier.

6. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from 57 Clicks at any time.

To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message you receive from us.

You may also use any of the following keywords to opt out: STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT.

After you opt out, you will receive a single confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out. You will not receive further SMS messages unless you opt back in.

8. Carrier Disclaimer

Message delivery depends on your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed. Carriers (including, but not limited to, AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, U.S. Cellular, and others) are not liable for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages. 57 Clicks is not responsible for messages lost, delayed, or modified due to factors outside of our control, including carrier outages, device incompatibility, or signal issues.

9. Supported Carriers

This SMS program is compatible with major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket Wireless, and others. Support may not be available for all carriers or for international numbers.

10. Data Privacy

Your mobile phone number, consent record, and message metadata are processed by 57 Clicks LLC and our SMS service provider, Twilio, Inc., to deliver this program.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

11. Changes to These SMS Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to active program participants via SMS or email. Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated SMS Terms.
